First comes a face-to-face meeting with you to discuss the
issues and let you tell us about your company and how it works.

We develop the proposal
Formal proposals are produced to agree the objectives,
scope and deliverables up front.

We involve you
We then meet the relevant people in your organisation,
draw up a “Project Charter” to allay their fears
and form a united team from the beginning.

We assess together
We assess the situation as a team using proven tools
to gather metrics etc. A “Key User Group” can be useful on larger
projects to gather views and build support across all functions.

We share & educate
At Kernel we are happy to share our intellectual property freely with
our clients. So your people will have all the concepts and methods at their
fingertips by the end of a project.

We deliver practical solutions
Whether working with executives to agree politically sensitive S&OP plans,
or encouraging a local implementation team to use new systems effectively,
we focus on what works and embedding the new way.

We help you project manage
We create a “Project War-Room” on-site with all key documents, data, diagrams etc.
displayed on the wall for ease of working and wide communication.
The project team meet here weekly (30 mins) to review progress and allocate tasks.

We let go when the time is right
Our mission is to do ourselves out of a job. We let go when your people
are confident and have all the skills, resources and motivation to carry on after we have left.

We follow up
We provide remote support to answer any questions that may arise.
Three and six months after completion we arrange check-up meetings with you.
