No, we provide weekly, 1-page, progress reports and regular Steering Group meetings to keep you in the driving seat with minimal effort.
Will the fees become too expensive?Yes, our people are expensive because they are good. But our approach limits your costs with fixed-price contracts.
Will you dictate the methodology?We flex our approach to fit with your business, avoiding slavish adherence to any one concept.
Will our people feel they are sidelined?We don’t do it to your people, we do it with them. Their buy-in comes from their involvement. We work together, for us there is no other way.
Will it all slow down and die after you leave?Your team will not become dependent on the consultants. Our role is to work together to help them learn how to run and improve processes themselves.
What if we hit cash-flow problems?No upfront fees. Interim payments due only on completion of milestones. Projects normally cash positive within the year.
What if it doesn’t work?A Kernel project is not ended until the solution is working and delivering the full expected benefits.
